As a family-owned and operated business, Hamilton Home promises to offer a level of dedication, care, and compassion that is unparalleled. We are always building relationships with our residents, and we strive to constantly communicate with families to ensure that they are always in the know. Our assisted living home is collaborative, as we are always working together, and innovative, as we continually incorporate new ideas.

What size is Hamilton Home?2018-11-05T03:46:42+00:00

Hamilton Home is 5316 square feet on almost half an acre of flat land. We have 9 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and are set up for a maximum of 15 residents. As a mid size home, we are able to offer multiple activities during the day and a variety of dining options on our menu, while still treating our residents as individuals. Staff and Residents know each other on a first name basis, a difficult feat for the 100+ bed facilities. Hamilton Home is able to offer the best of both worlds.

What services are provided in our assisted living?2018-09-11T04:09:20+00:00

Basic Services are those provided to every resident apart from the individualized Care Plan. These services are covered in the base monthly rate. For residents that need more assistance, we have various levels of increasing care.

  • Safe and clean living accommodations in private or shared rooms
  • Three meals per day supplemented with nutritious snacks
  • Engaging activities program
  • Scheduling Medical Appointments as needed
  • 24 hour supervision by trained staff
  • Weekly housekeeping Services
  • Weekly resident assessment by trained staff members
What kind of activities do residents enjoy?2018-11-05T03:46:10+00:00

At Hamilton Home, our activities program is filled with diverse selection of activities specifically catered to our current residents. Our staff strives to fill residents’ days with activities they enjoy, while keeping them mentally, physically and socially fulfilled. On an average day, our residents will have options for exercise, creativity, conversation, and music. We understand that a one size fits all approach doesn’t not work in assisted living. We are a large enough facility that we are able to offer several different activities each day so that everyone can find something they enjoy. Please see our activities page for some examples of our activities. We love for our resident’s family to join us in our activities whenever they can.

What is the cost to live at Hamilton Home?2018-09-11T04:20:16+00:00

The cost to live at Hamilton Home varies based on a few factors: the type of room selected, the level of care needed, and any extra services requested.  Please call and we can email/text you our flyer with a detailed break down of costs. We will need to evaluate your loved one in person before we can determine which level of care they will require.

How can families stay involved?2018-09-11T03:55:08+00:00

Families and friends are more than welcome to come visit their loved ones at any time. We would love for you to join in some of our activities or join us for a meal. At least once a month, we will have a family Pot-luck or BBQ each month. Those who live far away are encouraged to call often or Facetime/Skype with our residents. Letters and Photocards are also great options to send.

What is the first step?2018-09-11T03:58:50+00:00

If you are starting to look for an assisted living, please give us a call. Kiersten would love to talk with you about what we have to offer at Hamilton Home. Then, we can schedule a tour with the prospective resident and their family and conduct an assessment to make sure we are a good fit for their specific needs.
